1.Vehicles are solely for the purpose of personal use.
2.Vehicle are not allowed to use by person other than the booking customer.
3. Verified Driving License and the License of the user should be same.
4. Please make sure you have attached the relevant documents(Adhaar/Passport Copy and Driving License copy) as prescribed in the booking form. You just need to show as the original documents once you arrive.
5. The car will be handed over to the booked customer only after verifying the original license, signing Agreement Form 5 or 6, and making payment for the rental period in advance upon delivery of the vehicle.
6. The booked customer must be present at both the delivery and return times.
7. Delivery and return charge are applicable on rental (Driver Bata + Fuel Charges).
8. Minimum 1 day rental is charged on delayed timings.
9.There is a monthly mileage restriction of 4000 km. If the rental period is less than a month, it will be 130 km per day, i.e., 1300 km for 10 days (on an average basis). Extra kilometers over the rental period are chargeable. Extra Kilometers charges: Hatchback/ sedans 7rs/km+GST, Suv/muvs:9rs/km+GST
10. On an event of accident or damage to vehicle:
a. You need to inform us on +918113815604 /+919497478604 the same time.
b. Insurance* will be used only on repair charges above limit, either case rental for the repair period need to be paid.
Collision Repair Limit^ (repair cost below limit need to be fully paid by the customer as per actual)
Rs 30,000/-(vehicle cost less than Rs 10 lakhs)
Rs 50,000/- (vehicle cost above Rs 10 lakhs)
Rs 75,000/- (vehicle cost above Rs 15 lakhs)
* No Claim Bonus+ Depreciation to be paid by customer on an insurance claim
* Repair cost will calculated by an authorized car manufacturer dealer/showroom.
Customer liability for any accident or damage that occurs with new cars (up to 4 years old) is as follows:
1. For cars with an ex-showroom price below ₹10 lakhs, the maximum liability for the customer is limited to ₹14,900+GST.
2. For cars with an ex-showroom price above ₹10 lakhs, the maximum liability for the customer is limited to ₹19,900+GST
For damages within the above limits, the customer must pay the full amount for damages incurred.
Max: down time charge for Hatchback/Sedan: ₹5000/- , Suvs/Muvs: ₹10000/-
Note: In both cases, if the insurance company denies coverage due to any fault of the customer, the full liability will be the responsibility of the customer.
11. All traffic rule violations (eg: over speed, signal breaking ...) or any other offenses, during the rental period will be the responsibility of the hirer and the charges or penalty for the same will be charged to the hirer. Government fine +100rs will be charged for each violation.
12. Please treat the vehicle as your own and keep it clean and tidy. "No smoking or littering inside the car".
13. If car is not washed while returning, washing charge will be applicable. Rs:500 or above
14. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER CAR RETURN.[Refund amount will be transfer to any Indian bank/NRO account only through online or bank transfer.(cash refund is not possible)]
15. Maximum speed limit allowed on Kerala roads is 80km/hr. (Single line Highways: 85km/hr. Double line Highways: 90km/hr.). Government fine +100rs will be charged for each violation.
16. User must be returned the car before leaving from India. Breach of agreement would be fineable, Rs:5000/- and we have full right to take back the car
17.All cars are prohibited to use in beach & off road.
18. Home delivery & return available 9am-6pm only. Airport delivery available for 24hrs.
19.Car is always reserved for next booking. So kindly return back the car on promised date and time,if car is not available on return time, late payment charges are applicable after 1hr grace period. Late fee: 50% one day rental+ one day rental will charge.
1. 30% of booking advance is refunded, if booking is cancelled on or before 24Hrs of booking.(Booking advance is calculated as advance asked through mail, if customers transfer more amount then that amount is fully refundable in case of cancelation before start booking)
2. There is no cancellation refund after start booking.
